The Sagareans

Sporting the direct lower half of an equine and the upperhalf of what looks like a Human, the Sagarean is an odd race said to have taken their physical appearance straight from the god Firea. Respected for their grace and honourable nature, they originated in Kassir, where there are even laws in some cities about riding horses or using them to pull carts out of respect, and spanned out during the later Age of Legends. Although known for close family groupings (herds of their natural equine instincts), they are rarely monogamous, making those family groupings quite large, with several mates and a whole array of children in a "household." Most Sagareans are civilized and live as other races of Aryneth do, in cities and towns and specially constructed houses, but there are still some who can't deny their anamilistic tendancies to roam wild.

The Sagareans are most abundant in Kassir, and have difficulty living in mountainous areas like in Analisia. The snow and ice of Glacier can also be troublesome, but, over time, they have adapted.

Although they tend to be peaceful, Sagareans can be quite viscious and dangerous if provoked. With Firea as their god, they make very good warriors but would rather not deal in the affairs and battles of other races. They don't adapt very well on the sea, so occupations that require intercontenental travel are unlikely, but still possible. However, they cannot become Ana'aek or Ssark Spearwyns.
